I was so sorry to hear of Jan's death. I knew her when we worked together many years as volunteers for St. Andrew's funeral luncheons. Jan was a cheerful and dedicated worker. She was always willing to pitch in where needed, whether it was to work a luncheon or make a salad or dessert. She often spoke lovingly of Mike and it was clear she was proud of her children and grandchildren. I certainly missed her joyful presence when she was no longer able to help.
