Janie Michelle Farthing

I have not seen Janie since High School. However, I remember her well. I was saddened when I saw the news that she had passed away. I am comforted by the memories we shared in school as well as on our trip to Mexico right after graduation. I remember swimming in the ocean and strolling through the markets attempting to speak spanish. I especially will never forget when she decided that she wanted me to cut all of her hair off because I had taken cosmotology in school. We cut it in the hotel...

Janie - What a true inspiration that her life has been for so many people. Eventhough I haven't seen or spoken to Janie in several years, her friendship will be everlasting on Earth and in Heaven. May God bless her family with love and comfort during these times.

I didn't really get to know Janie very well, but I know that she was a very strong Christian and lived her life the way God wanted her to. I wish I could have gotten to know her like cousins should, but I know that one day, we will have that chance around God's throne.

JANIE WILL BE MISSED TREMENDOUSLY, BUT THE PAIN SHE ENDURED WAS TOO MUCH FOR HER AND HER FAMILY. THANK YOU LORD FOR TAKING HER HOME WHERE WE WILL ALL BE JOINED SOME DAY. GOD BLESS HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS. LOVE.
