The most important thing I learned from Aunt Janie, really all the Garza women, is how to be strong and resilient on the face of adversity, and laugh at every turn. I cannot recall a time I wasn't cracking up in my Aunt's presence. Now she has joined her children and other family members in heaven where she is most likely making everyone around her laugh! I will miss HER infectious laugh and her ability to transform her voice to sound like a man to make us (children, when we were young)...
