Janina A. Driscoll

New London - Janina A. Driscoll, 57, of Shaw St., passed away Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital.

She was born on July 3, 1957, in New London, the daughter of the late John J. and Jennie (Goff) Driscoll. Janina was a graduate of Robert Fitch High School in Groton where she excelled in athletes. An avid reader, she particularly enjoyed reading and writing poetry.

She is survived by her loving companion of 23 years, Harry Spakowski.

Byles Memorial Home, 99 Huntington St., New London, is assisting her family with arrangements which are private.
