Dear Matt & Family,

We are in prayer for all of you and know that The Lord will being you through all this. He is the great lover an sustainer of our lives. He will give you strength, courage, and blessings for the future. We will miss Danene but it is such a comfort to know she is in Heaven and will never suffer again! What an example of courage and love for our Lord. She is now up there with Sheila and Coach having a great time waiting for us to graduate. What a blessed...

John 14:1-3
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me...

Dear Edalgo and Stafford families,
I was very shocked and saddened to read about Danene's passing. I went to school with Danene, but had lost touch with her as we graduated and went our own ways. As a girl, Danene was a wonderful friend; she had the most vibrant, upbeat personality. It sounds like she grew into a wonderful woman of God. I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with your families. May God hold you and comfort you.

Edalgo Family,
Having known Danene only for the 5 years I taught at BS, it amazes me how many different ways she has touched my life. I always respected Danene for her commitment both to her religion, to her children and family, and to teaching. She was very secure in who she was and her beliefs. She was one of the warmest, genuine people and I treasured and respected her opinions and thoughts on life. She energized me with her ideas, inspired me with her courage, and never lost...

Danene was a true woman of God and it was always a pleasure to do ministry with her. While the men of Bethel were praying this morning for the Edalgo family and we talked about how Danene was hopeful that if she went somebody would come to know Jesus as a result, I was struck with the thought that she had to "go" so that others would "make" a decision to follow Jesus.
What an awesome expression of love to see one's life so fully used for His kingdoms purpose.

She was greatly...

Dear Edalgo kids,
I am sorry about what happened to your mom. I was in her class last year and she was a great teacher. She always made me feel happy inside. I hope your hearts feel better. I am glad she believed in God and is in heaven. From, Emily Stenzler Age 8

Matt, Zac, Regan, and Meghan,
It was with great sorrow that we learned of Danene's passing. We remember her as a great mother to Zac, Regan, Meghan, wonderful wife to Matt, and a fantastic neighbor to us and those of us close by. It's so sad to see someone leave us so early in life, with so many things to do yet.

And though it's been a time since you moved, our paths occasionally crossed. I saw her maybe a year or two ago in town and she was so proud of her children...

Edalgo Family,
Our deepest condolences to your entire family. I was blessed to have known her and she will never be forgotten.
