Not sure what to say?

Brian, I was shocked and saddened to learn today about Jan's passing. She was always so passionate about her work and devoted to you and the boys. I have many fond memories of the time we worked together. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Jan was a Phenomenal Woman - Great Neighbor, Loving Mother, Proud Wife, Inspiring Person who left her mark (not only in the neighborhood on Waterman, but in the Legal World of the St. Louis Community). She will be missed. May her Legacy live on through her children.

Brian, Colin and Andrew,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Jan was a wonderful wife and mother. She will not be forgotten.

My deepest sympathy. Jan was without a doubt one of the best moms I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I feel fortunate to have known her!

Jan was a tremendous lawyer and a better person. She was a pleasure to deal with on cases because she was so direct and fair. Brian, we mourn her loss with you and your family. Jan's courage and your loving care for her are an inspriation for all of us.

It was a privledge and honor to have known you and what you stood for. Brian, you were blessed to have Jan as your wife and Colin and Andrew were lucky to have her as their mother. You now have your very own guardian angel to guide you and love you from above.

I am sorry for this loss to our community. It is a deep and substantial loss to us all. I am saddened for this loss to her family as Jan was someone whose goodness shined in every act. I know her legacy of two beautiful children and years of young proteges will continue to make the world a better place day by day and person by person. What a wonderful gift to the world.

Such a brilliant light you were dear friend and old colleague. Your wise counsel and precious laughter will always, always be deeply missed.
