Mom, Miss you everyday! Love You Always, Donna

Donna & Jack,

My thoughts are with you. I fondly remember a camping trip to Yosemite (my first) and many Camp Fire activities. Jan let kids be kids. My love and prayers. Nora Eckman Bishop

Grandma,

I want to thank you for making a difference in my life. My most precious memories of my childhood are the times I spent with you. Most of all, I’m grateful that you loved my sister and me unconditionally, for unselfishly giving us your time and for being strong.

Shannon

Dear Jack, Bob, Donna, Jerry, Jill, and Family,

We are so sorry that you have all had to suffer through this terrible disease along with Jan. She is no longer suffering, and that is a blessing. You are all in our prayers, and we know that God will bring you comfort with each happy memory.

We always loved taking out of towners, or the otherwise uninitiated, into the "Chili Bowl," for a shot of down home Santa Rosa cooking and your special hospitality. They were...

Jack, Donna and family,
Jan was a very loving and caring wife and mother. I didn't know her very long but from all the wonderful stories you have shared with me I feel like I knew her forever. I know she will be greatly missed. Cherish the wonderful memories you have! I'm sure there are many.
Take care - remember the good parts.
Love,
Sonya Hanson

Just recently, we were looking through old pictures and came across the pictures of the time we all spent Thanksgiving in Tahoe. We laughed as shared various events of that time.

Those were the best of times. Jan was a wonderful wife, a loving mother and a good friend. She was the BEST.

Please know, that our prayers and love are with you. And what an honor it was for our family to make memories with your family. Love from Gwen,...

Jack, Donna, Bob & Jill,
I think you all know who very much Jan meant to me. So many times I went to her with questions I couldn't approach my own mother about. Remember our first cake Donna, she let us make it and then we had to eat it! It was a marble fudge, I'll never forget and it was aweful! My mom has Alzheimers too. I'm just sitting here crying and wishing I could hug all of you right now. May the Lord Jesus give you comfort at this time. All my love, Kathy Watson Mangiantini
