JANIS SUE KELLEY, 74 of Culloden died April 2 in Cabell Health Care Center. There will be a funeral service at 11 a.m. on April 5 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
