I remember Janis from when we were all young. I grew up from age 11 in Kendrick Memorial Baptist Church. Janis played the piano and the organ at the church. Her family was like my family. All the girls!! I was sad to hear of her passing. Brother Davidson, Janis's dad, baptized me when I was 11 years old. Will always remember Janis and her family.
