Jared Hawkins

I was sorry to hear of Jared´s passing. My mother was Janet Hook so we were related. I met Jared when I was in elementary school in Oklahoma City. He was in the Air Force at the time and had been encouraged to visit us. I remember him as a great guy who really like what he did and was very proud of his work for the Air Force. I have often thought of him over the years because he had some great stories to tell.

Something made me look up Jerry tonight, so just learned of his passing. He was my neighbor in Modesto as I was growing up. Always such a nice boy, even if he did pull my hair. He and the Hawkins family were a wonderful part of my childhood. So sorry for your loss. Eleanor Blanton Kirkham
