Jared Long

Jared Long, age 34, of Michigan City, IN passed away on January 29, 2014 at his home in Michigan City, IN.

Jared was born on March 3, 1979 to Wanda (Collins) Ritchie, who survives.
He is also survived by his wife: Stacy (Lykins) Long; daughters: Trinity, Destiny and Syrinity and son: Justin; brothers: Jacob (Nicole) Long of Bridgman, MI, John Long of Westville, IN, and Eric Long of Kouts, IN; sisters: Jocelyn (Jim) Medina of Missouri and Megan (Matt) Smith of Kouts, IN; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandma; Opal Warren.

He loved his children very much. He worked for Slatile Roofing Company in South Bend, IN. Jared liked to do woodworking and welding.

Visitation for family and friends will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Geisen-Carlisle Funeral Home located at 613 Washington St. Michigan City, IN.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Geisen-Carlisle Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Barnes of Faith City Assembly of God Church officiating.
