PETERS - Jared A. Of Corfu, NY, October 22, 2009, cherished son of Timothy and Linda (Wendel); loving brother of Magen and Kristin; beloved grandson of Marlene (late George) Wendel and Betsy (late Gerald) Peters; also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Family will receive relatives and friends at the WENDEL & LOECHER FUNERAL HOME, 27 Aurora St., Lancaster, Sunday from 4-8 PM with a Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated at St. Mary's RC Church, Lancaster Monday at 9:30. Please assemble at church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jared's name to Womens & Children's Hospital.

Jared was a very nice boy. I liked coming over to their house (because i am close friends with kristin) he would always be smiling and he was always happy. it will be different without him. i will miss jared, and he will be missed by many others.

Although we have never met, my heart goes out to all of you in your time of great sorrow. Jared is (not was) a beautiful boy who touched the lives of all who knew him. He will never be forgotten.
