Jasmine Payne, 19, died on Valentine's Day, Thursday, Feb. 14, 2008. Service: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at Mount Pisgah B.C. Visitation: noon to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Survivors: Parents, Irma Davis and Millard Payne; three sisters; five brothers; and a host of relatives and friends.
