Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a wonderful person. (Jason)
Heaven has been blessed.
A talent beyond words.
Sweet; kind and generous.
Thank you for your music; your friendship and your love.
You will be missed.

We first saw Jason and his band play perhaps 25 years ago in a basement club in Vernon.....blew our minds. We followed him to the Blue Gator in Kelowna and several shows at Lorne Costley's place, "Lorenzo's", near Enderby. We'll miss Jason. I had to choose "student" to describe our relationship, but we're just appreciative fans.

My heart and soul go out to all Jay's Family and friends. Especially his children. His passing has left so many of us with shattered hearts and an emptiness that cannot be filled. Jason was one of a kind... and no one in this world can smile as big and as genuinely meaningful as he did. I hope his family can take a bit of comfort, knowing how many people loved and respected him. He transformed my life... I will always carry our memories close to me and will continue to honour the amazing...

I am deeply saddened by the news of Jason's passing. My heart goes out to his family and friends, especially his children. I want to offer my most heartfelt condolences. He was a good friend and a kind spirit. His heart was enormous, and his personality was larger than life. He left us far too soon. I pray that all of you can find some comfort in his memory. His legacy of music will live on in my heart forever. See you in the next life Jay. <3

My deepest condolences to Jason's family, and close friends. Chris and I spent a few fridays together, staying up to watch "friday night videos" ,and pizza. I ran into Jason a few times since high school, once with my dad, he always had a big smile. The last time I talked to him was at a New Years party in Langford, Jason was just such a talented musician. He will be missed by many.
