My condolences. I was always running into Jay at motorcycle events and practically everywhere in the area. He was an all around nice guy and great conversationalist. Everyone who met him was glad to know him.

My thoughts and prayers are with Jay, and all his family; I remember him from the old days when my father was moonlighting at MCP and I was still in HS. When I first got my license, and we didn't have a family car yet; I couldn't wait to get behind the wheel. The parts dept needed someone to bring something to their Body Shop up the road, and I asked to do go and then off I went. When I first saw him, I thought he looked like a "hippie" (lol). I knew Jay back in the 80s and 90s when I managed Heritage Harley - Davidson in Concord . He was one of our favorite customers as well as a good friend . We always enjoyed time we spent together during his visits . Those of us that knew Jay are left with a lifetime of memories from a kind man . Rest In Peace my friend .

When I was a little girl, I called him the "Motorcycle Man", much to his delight. Now he is with my dad, and they are watching football games and baseball games, together again. My deepest sympathy for your loss.
