Jason was born on December 6, 1981 and passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. He had attended North Clarion School during his school years. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Good Shepherd Church 9870 Route 36, Tionesta, PA 16353.
