Dear Decotis Family,
We are so sorry for the loss of your son Jason. My name is Gail I belong to a self help support group for parents, grandparents and adult siblings, who have loss a child at any age for any reason. We are called the Compassionate Friends and you can locate us at www.tcfprovidence.com. I loss my only son George at the age of 34 in an automobile accident,I have found hope and comfort through this journey of grief with these wonderful people. If you need us we are here to...

Jay, im not sure where to start. So i will say it has taken me until yesterday when it finaly was real for me that you are gone. We had many good times as a group but somehow u alyways seemed to bring everyone and everything together. I will miss many things about u bro but mostly your heart and your faith. I love you Jay , most people call it charisma... We called it the annointing and you had it. I hope you are doing what we always talked about when we met our king.

Jason,
I loved being your sister, from the day you were born, until the day you left us. You were a special kind of person that caught peoples hearts without them even realizing it. I miss your voice, your smile, your corny jokes, your laugh, your constant phone calls...actually, I miss everything about you. Everyday hurts a little more than the day before. Today has been harder than most days....the reality is setting in a little more each day. I know you are at peace and have no more...

To all the loved ones of Jason DeCotis, our deepest heartfelt sympathy, prayers and thoughts go out to you all. May Jason share in God's eternal and everlasting life. May his soul rest in peace and may God grant you all comfort, peace and strength today and always. Sincerely, The Brynes Family ^j^

My heart goes out to all Jay's family. Sorry for your loss.

To the Family of Jason:
What a loss to all. I had the pleasure of working with Jason at Spurwink/RI and I can truly say that seeing him at work was a bright spot in my day. Jason certainly had a way with people and his fun-loving personality was infectious. He was especially proud of his children and family. Thanks for the memories Jason - and thanks for having such a big heart and even bigger smile! May God Bless you all- Sincerely, Paula Kriticos

Sorry for your loss, will always remember how much he loved Jesus, and what a wonderful young man he was.

Frank Cathy and your entire family, My sincere sympathy in the days ahead. Praying for you.The funeral touched many just what Jason would have wanted. It was a wonderful tribute to a wonderful family. I am blessed to know you.
