Our thoughts and prayers are with the Downs family. We used to live on Wilson Place in Frederick and he used to play with my son Joe and Tammy. He was like a second son to us. We have pictures of him eating pizza at our house at birthday party's. He was always at our house and he was missed when we moved to California. Rest in peace Jason.
