Jason Edward Hammack

Jason was born on January 20, 1978 and passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016. Jason was a resident of Uniontown, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. Jason graduated from University High School. He was married to Jessica. Family and friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Wednesday from 2pm until 7pm and again on Thursday December 29 2016 from 10am until the 11am service with Rev. David Spence officiating. Burial will follow at the Nicholson Chapel Cemetery.
