Not sure what to say?

Jason, I'm not sure why I've been thinking about you so much lately. Maybe it's because of turning 40 this year! In this season of my life I miss you more than ever. We were truly the best of friends since age 14. People always say that men and women can't be friends without romantic involvement, but we truly were. I wish you could see our little boy we adopted 2 years ago. Travis always respected our close friendship, which is not always easy for the significant other. I am so sorry I...

My deepest sympathies to Andrea and Jason's many friends and family members. I too met Jason at FAU during the weekend program and like many others, I was shocked to hear of his passing and find comfort in knowing he is in a much better place. I will truly remember him as a smart professional, well grounded & kind and of course, for his sense of humor - which helped us all get through the program with a smile. Again, my deepest sympathies.

I also was able to meet Jason during my two years at FAU. Jason was one of those people I looked forward to talking to every Saturday. He will truly be missed. To his family and Andrea, I am so sorry for your loss.

Since the first day I met Jason in the MBA, I thought very highly of him. He always projected a lot of energy, a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. God bless him

I only knew Jason for a short time while attending classes at FAU. But without a doubt, I can say that I am a better person for knowing him. I will always remember his great sense of humor. My condolences to the entire Hess family and to his fiancée, Andrea.

Jason was one of the most charismatic, composed and intelligent individuals I have ever met in my life. He had a wonderful sense of humor, candor and a friendly charm that made Jason very approachable even when you met him for the first time.

Jason, I will truly miss you buddy. I feel like someone took away a close friend from my life. I'm truly in deep pain...

Dick and Cheryl, kindly accept my hearfelt sympathies for your loss.

Love and Regards,
Preyas

I love this photo. God Bless you JGH.

I had known Jason from our classes at Florida Atlantic University, in the weekend MBA program. Jason was very intelligent, very professional, and had an excellent sense of humor. I will never forget the first day of class, when he mentioned he grew up on a farm, and that is where he learned about business. Jason brought a unique perspective to the program. It has been a pleasure knowing Jason, and participating in the program with him.

In the short two years while at FAU, I had the opportunity to to get to know Jason. This news to me is a shock, and my heart goes out to all of his friends and family. Jason was the one guy that I always looked forward to on Saturday mornings when going to class. He was an extremely hard working guy with a love for his friends and family. To his parents you could not have asked for a better son and Andrea he was so proud of you. Jason will never be forgotten.
