Jason Kwong

My deepest condolences to the Kwong family. I have very fond memories of Mr. Kwong when he and his family ran the Sing Hing Restaurant in East Sacramento. Mr. Kwong and his wife would do the cooking while Sally, Daniel and Susie would see to the customers. I and my co-workers spent many years eating at Sing Hing and it was because of the fine care and excellent food Mr. Kwong perpared.
