Jason was a true friend, defending them against bullies. He was altruistic to the last second of his life. Years have past since his ultimate sacrifice. I wear your son's name engraved on a medal bracelet in memorial to his honor and bravery exhibited in Iraq. It is easy to say I wear the bracelet with honor for a fellow Marine, but truthfully, seeing his name and thinking about his sacrifice gives me strength when I find myself in need of strength... I have kept a picture of your beautiful son. It is attached to a picture called the invitation. It hanged on my wall for everyone who enters my home to see. It is a picture of a young man on his knees, holding out his hand to take the hand of Jesus. It welcomes him to Paradise, I feel in my heart this is Jason. I am sure, he is very special to God. I will continue to pray for Jason, and your family. Thank you Jason for your love of your fellow man.
