Jay was one in a million. .... His bright and articulate handle on the English language, and his sence of humor will be truly missed.

I have a pile of paperwork sitting on my desk I was supposed to go over with you when you got back. I can't believe your not coming back. For this I pull out the angry monkey one last time. You were a great boss and a better friend. You had our backs and treated all with respect and for that we thank you. We will do our best to keep this dept the way you would have wanted it. Jason had a great sense of humor- I will miss his laugh forever. He was one of a kind and touched so many people in so many ways. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
