Went to visit your grave site today. They are replacing the grass in your area. I wiped the dried dirt off of your headstone to make it look cleaner since we had rain recently. I think about you and your family often. Thank you for your sacrifice to our country.

I am a senior in high school in a government class. My assignment was to search for a fallen hero and reach out to his or her family. This might not mean much, but I just wanted to say thank you for your service, Jason. Because of this, not only me, but countless others are able to enjoy our freedom. You will never be forgotten!
