Nelson, Jason "Jake" G. 4/11/72 passed away peacefully in his sleep 05/03/09. Survived by parents, Terry and Peggy Nelson; sister, Heather; nieces, Haylie and Alexis; great nephews Nicholas and James; aunt, Charleen; uncle, Jerry and wife Pam; and many good friends. We love you and will remember you for your great laugh and love of life, hockey, history and writer Chomsky. Celebrate his life WED. 5/6/09 2:30 pm at Aunt Charleens. Memorials preferred for beloved nieces college fund.

Peggy, Terry, Heather and Char - We are so sorry for your loss. T-Bone was a brother to us. There will not be a day that goes by that he won't be missed. He was a great friend that was taken much too soon. He will be thought of often not only by us but many others. He inspired us in so many ways that can't expressed in this small space. Our prayers are with you all. Jake we love you and we will see you again. Please keep us all in check because you were good at that.
