Jason, I will always remember how talented you are. I loved when you came to my house in August after Matt's surgery and you and Matt had such a nice time and you were looking so good. Bless you, sweetheart. You were a true fighter.

Zachariah Witham's mother and I loved Jason very much. We are deeply saddened by his passing and mourn the loss of this great young man.
