Jason Alan "Jerry" Oren

I am a neighbor to Jerry and Elizabeth. Over the last couple of years I would chat with Jerry in his yard as he watered his newly planted trees. He was easy to talk to and a wonderful story teller. Jerry told me about meeting Elizabeth, his faith in Jesus and that he wrote poems. I am grateful for those conversations with Jerry and how easily he spoke of his faith! I first met Jerry in 1948 when Jonesboro and Gas City built one school for the two cities Mississinewa he was a senior and I a sophomore he was a very special man I am blessed to have him as a friend.
