Jasons very moving blog post was removed a number of years ago but I have managed to find the archived pages if anyone is interested in reading Jasons own thoughts on his illness. You can find it by following this link. http://web.archive.org/web/20090521191236/http://friendsofjasonorpe.org/jasonblog

Still think about you Jason. Always somewhere in my thoughts. I wish I had spent more time with you over the years but distance was always the big hurdle. Take care, wherever you are my man.

I was looking for another Jason Stuart who sadly lost his life to AlS when I found you. Reading your guest book I see you knew so much love and I am.so happy you did. I hope your broken body is now restored and you and you can go on in the hearts of those who love you always. My love to your family and to you Jason x

I remember him as a kind and sensitive boy, our next door neighbor. I hope that his family finds comfort and keeps him alive in their memories of past and their lives into the future. R Gralnik, South Africa

Still in our thoughts Jason. You may be gone but you live on in all our hearts. Miss you man.

Its been two years since my youngest son Jason was taken from us. I will never understand why god chose to make him suffer so. He was such a loving, kind and caring person who wanted to help everyone. We think and talk of you every day my darling boy.

Although I never met Jason, I did go to school with Colin...please have peace in knowing that Jason is now safe in heaven and hanging out with Mike...Much love.

Jason is undeniably one of the finest individuals I have ever had the privilege to know. I am deeply saddened by his passing but can be reassured in knowing that he is with God now and his gentle spirit lives on.
