Not sure what to say?

Can you believe it's been almost 20 years since we lost Jason? Someone in the comments above called him a leader, and he was exactly that. He led a group of us Slater-Paull co-workers up one of those 14er's one Saturday. Man was that some kind of work. It kicked my tail . . . and he climbed 50 of them. He drug me to AIA associate meetings and had me volunteering at AIA functions. He LIVED his life. He had a great deal of joy and passion for life and if you were near him you couldn't...

I met Jason through his girlfriend, and though I only spent a short time with him, his wit and mischeivious smile were immediately captivating. He seemed truely intrested in all parts of life, mainly helping others. I regret that I didn't get to spend more time with him. My thoughts and prayers are with his countless loved ones.

your family will be remembered in our prayers for your great loss

It's ironic that we are able to make an e-guestbook... Vernon has no idea how to use a computer and doesn't have any desire to learn.. I'll make a printout at some point to pass along to them both.

Jason was an absolute upbeat in this world and I think he still is and will be forever.
Any interested please check out the 2002 Editorial on the AIA website. It has an amazing piece written by Jason.

Thoughts and prayers to everyone.

It was an honor to know Jason, I met him at the first NAC meeting in Washington DC. I enjoyed working with him and getting to know him over the past four years. He will be missed and I wish all of Jason's family and friends the best.

I met Jason through some mutual friends a few years back...

I am honored to have had the chance to meet Jason...

My deepest sympathies go out to those who knew Jason best, his family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Pettigrew family as they spend this summer together remembering old times and creating new ones.

I had the privilege of serving on the IDP Coordinating Committee with Jason and was truly impressed with his enthusiasm for the Intern Development Progam and the architectural profession.
