Dear Plewniak Family,

I am deeply, deeply sorry for your loss. I can remember so many good times with Jason growing up and he will be very sorely missed. He was the perfect teammate and more importantly, the perfect friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mr. Plewniak, Mrs. Plewniak, Jeremy & Jared -
I was absolutely shocked to hear the tragic news of Jason's passing, for some reason he popped into my mind a few days ago and now I know why. He's in a special place now looking down on us.

I've thought about you guys over the years, you were always such a loving family, so accepting, and that's exactly how I remember Jason. A kind and quiet friend, but his love for life and having fun drew people to him. I have wonderful memories...

My deepest sympathy to the whole Plewniak family. Jason was a noble soul and will be missed dearly.

I am very sorry about the loss of jason. We spent a lot of time together growing up and I will never forget those times. That is one of the great things about the game of hockey you get to meet great people like jason.

Our deepest sympathy to the Plewniak-Lobuglio family during this difficult time. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
God Bless
