Not sure what to say?

As a friend, you were always there to lend an ear and help out in anyway possible. As a classmate, you kept things entertaining. As a teammate, we worked hard together to try to be at the top of our game. As a co-worker you definitely made the job go by faster, either by chasing rabbits, or beating me every time at mini-golf! As a husband, you were as devoted to your wife as anyone could ever be. As a father, you gave us all inspiration by the way you loved your kids. As my best friend,...

Our deepest sympathies~~~Jason's life was much too short, however, during his brief time he was an inspiration to so many. We will miss him.

To Jodi& family, Dawn and the Boys and Warren and Sharon, You have all been great friends for so long- we are so thankful to have known Jason and shared lots of fun times together over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and hope that if you need a friend to lean on that you give us a call. Love always, Christa Valente and family

Jodi & I have been friends for 25 years...which means Jay (& Dawn) and Sharon & Warren have been in my life for just as long. Jay is a part of so many of my memories...he will be truly missed. It is times like these that I wish we lived closer, but please know that we send all our love and keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.

We are profoundly saddened over the passing of Jason...beloved son, brother, husband, father and cherished friend to so many! We remember him fondly from his youth in Ludlow and as a student at BRHS. A fine young man with so many exceptional qualities, who will be dearly missed by all!
Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with his family and all who knew and loved him.

Dawn & family and Jodi, Josh & family:
Our deepest sympathy in the loss of Jay. Just remember - he's in that great baseball league in the sky (and will probably be #1) and having a great time.

Sharon & Warren,
I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our hearts go out to Dawn and the boys, Warren and Sharon, and Jodi and Josh. We feel honored to have had Jay and his family a part of our lives. It's a previledge to be called "Grammie and Grandpa Fortin" by Jay's wonderful boys. Dawn, you and the boys are welcome anytime. Warren and Sharon you did a wonderful job with your kids. We are lucky to have Jodi as our daughter-in-law and were lucky to get to know Jay as well. We were so pleased and it meant so much when he helped our...
