Not sure what to say?

Hi Jay

You have been on our mind and in our hearts as we think about you on your 39th birthday.

You and Greg will have to celebrate this one.

We will see you sometime in the future so save a spot for us.

We miss you and LOVE you.

Nana & Pop

I just read about you on lilblueboo's blog where she met your sister in a airport. Your sister was wearing a shirt with your picture on it. May you rest in peace, knowing your family loves you dearly.

The pain of losing a child never goes away. Equally, the sacrifice your son gave in defense of freedom for all of us worldwide, will never be forgotten. May G-d bless all of you in his merit. We thank your son for his service to not only his country, but all of us in the free world and for your enormous sacrifice.

Brush of Honor Presentation

Hey Son, just thought I would take a few minutes to tell you about an event we were invited to earlier this year. A friend of mine who founded the Friends of Freedom Organization called me and said he had nominated you as this years hero and recipient of a special portrait. We all went to Phoenix on September...

He sounds like he was a wonderful man.

Thank you Kim, that means a lot. May I ask what blog you were reading?

I've never met Jason or the Reeves family, but I happened to come across the news of Jason's death through a blog I sometimes read. I just wanted to let you know that I prayed for Jason's family tonight. In Christ, Kim :)

SSG Reeves,

You wouldn't remember me, but I remember you. I was a brand new private at Fort Huachuca when you were retraining. I remember your good humor and hardworking attitude. You were one of the "fab fifteen!"

I just found out about your passing a few months ago when I was assigned to the 66th. I heard you got the DOD Enterprise award.

I saw you on the wall in 2nd MI's headquarters just before I went to the board for Staff Sergeant. I'm about to be promoted, and as...
