I am so deeply saddened to hear of Jason's passing. I hired Jason as an Executive Chef and worked with him daily for 3 years at Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Jason was an excellent Chef, and more importantly cared about his staff that worked under his guidance. He was well respected and liked in the hospital. I wish his family peace during this difficult time and "Chef, you can turn off the stove, you have completed the meal.
