Not sure what to say?

Jason, no dad could have been prouder of you. No son could have brought as much joy. You were smart, good looking, an athlete, and most importantly, you loved others and were kind to everyone. You stood up for the underdog, you protected your sister, you were a cubscout, you loved church, you loved to play games, you always loved a challenge.

Your presence will be felt by many for a very long time. We are in pain without you and miss you very much.

But, in time,we will...

Mary, Jay, Katie and Vicky:

I am so sorry - your heartbreak must be overwhelming. I had never met Jason but from everything I've heard and read, it's obvious he was an outstanding young man. The huge turnout for his service is quite the profound tribute to his character. I just hope your pain eases over time and I'm sure it will.

Godspeed Jason. You certainly made a giant impact on so many during your (much too short) time here.

Mary and Jay, Mary I am not sure if you remember me but my name is Maurine Taylor and we worked together at Brinkerhoff Signal years ago. I recognized Jay's picture with Jason when it ran in the local paper and wanted to write and express my sincere sympathy. My thoughts are with your family.

Mary, Jay, Katie and Vicky:

So much has already been said, and as I said before the video at Jason's memorial, anything I might add here would simply be redundant. Jason was outstanding in so many ways.
I think you know how special Jason is to Janice, Jordan, and me, and how we hold all of you now in our thoughts and prayers.
Godspeed Jason; we'll meet again someday.
-Uncle Jim

Jay and family:

We wanted you to know that we were there for you at Jason's funeral, John and I both. We tried to find you afterwards, but could not locate you. We are heartbroken beyond words for you and your family and can't imagine the pain you are experiencing after losing your beloved son. I have shed many tears for you and I pray constantly that the good Lord will bring comfort and peace to you knowing how many people care for you and what you are going through. I never knew...

I am very sorry for your loss of your son. Recommend reading the book of Matthew Ch.5:5-10. I pray for your family. May the comfort of God be with you now and forever. With sincere sympathy.

Wren Family,
So sorry for your unimaginable loss. Our prayers are with you.

Jason,
I never knew you very well, but even now as I think about how you are gone, there are tears rolling down my cheeks. You'll be missed. Good bye.

Jason,
Although we never did get to meet each other, my brother would always speak highly of you. Since your departing, I’ve heard and read even more good stories about you. Jason, you lived an admirable life that gave so many people joy. I looked forward to that day we would meet; one day we shall. Until then, God bless you, your family, and many friends.
