Jasper was a guy i have known for 15 years or more. When I first met him; i wasn't sure what to think of him. He liked lots of music, working to make money. He used to ride his bike with a rake in hand until someone took it from him. He could give speaches at times. I remember a time when he was wanting to become President of thr U.S.A.
