On December 17, 2002, at his residence, JASPER F. SINCLAIR, beloved husband of the late Rachel O. Sinclair; loving father of Patsy Curtis of Manassas, VA and Peggy Sinclair of Fairfax, VA. Grandfather of Michael Curtis of Alpharetta, GA, Debbie Sellars of Ashburn, VA, Darlene Johnson of Dale City, VA, Billy Conley of Fairfax, VA and Kimberly Bellone of Manassas, VA. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren, two sisters, one niece and three nephews. He was also predeceased by two sisters. Visitation at EVERLY FUNERAL HOME, 10565 Main St., (Rt. 236), Fairfax, VA on Friday, December 20 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment Fairfax Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Northern Virginia, 9300 Lee Hwy., Suite 500, Fairfax, VA 22031.
