My heartfelt condolences to his family. I met Javier back in 1990 at work in Brownsville. He was a nice and respectful person. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family. May he rest in peace.

Javier was one of kind person. He always made himself available to assist us with all technical issues we had in the office. Javier you will be greatly missed.
