Not sure what to say?

I first met Jay (Mr. Barrick) in 1959 at Epiphany Lutheran Church in the Pleasant Hill development where we had just moved. These many years later I remember him as a very fun-loving person at our church who always had time for the kids of the church and neighborhood. He was just a "cool dude" and one of the nicest people I've met. Sorry to see him not with us any more.

I love & miss you very much Papa

Peace:
God bless the family in this time of their their loss.

Please accept my sincere sympathy in the passing of Jay. I knew him for a number of years as a fellow Thermo King dealer and member of the Dealer Council. We also attended a number of dealer trips together. He was a fine man and I feel honored to have known and been able to do business with him.

Jay, I am so sorry for the loss of your father. My warmest condolences to you and your family and know that words cannot begin to express our heartfelt pain for you all. Just know you all are not alone and may memories bring comfort. Our thought and prayers are with you.

Know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. Jay now walks with the King of Kings. He was a calm in the storm of life. God Bless.

Jay Barrick was a true gentleman in every sense of the word.He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a very proud "Papa". He shared his talents with his church , with his community, and through his involement with the Lions Eye Research Foundation with those he would never meet. His life is to be celebrated for God truly made him special. We have lost a good friend, but we are all better for having known him. To Jean and family, we extend our deepest sympathy.

Enjoyed many years working with Jay. Had the distinct pleasure of taking the pictures at his retirement proceedings here at Motor Truck Equipment. Ever the professional, but never too busy to chip in and help. Your entire family is in our thoughts and prayers.

I had the pleasure of working with Jay for a number of years, he was always ready to lend a helping hand, a real class act, may he rest in peace.
