Not sure what to say?

We would like to send our dearest sympathy. The Residents enjoyed singing with Jay. We appreciated all that he did for our Residents. He will be greatly missed. Sincerely, Canterbury on the Lake Staff and Residents.

I am so sorry for your loss. I would see him at Planet Fitness every day wearing his Wolverines gear. What a nice man!

I really appreciated that Jay we seek me out and greet me after every service. A caring and loving man.

Jay was everything God would want an Individual to be. I will miss his smiling face and his kind words.

Jay was one of the few people that Steve and I met when we first started attending Clarkston UMC. He was always inviting Steve to come to Men’s Ministry and be more involved in the church. Every Sunday, he always told me how happy that I was being in the church choir with him. Even when I was MIA for about 6 months going back to school and missed Thursday night rehearsals, on Sundays, he was there with big hugs, welcoming me and saying I was truly missed on Thursdays. He will truly be missed.

A beautiful, humble, and thoughtful servant of God will be missed by all of us. My heart is broken for you Joyce. Be strong and stay connected to God’s love.

I’ve known the Family for many years, starting with Chief’s Youth Football.
Jay was a wonderful gentleman. He was the kind of man that offered to pray with the people as they went through the line at the church food bank. He was one of the kindest men that I know. Blessings to the Family as they continue on during this difficult time. He will definitely be missed.
I’ll keep them in my prayers.

Jay's prayer ministry touched my life deeply. There is a level of care in having someone pray for you that is unmatched and it ment so much to me. He always had a smile and kind word. I know he will be deeply missed by many.

Our church has lost an awesome volunteer and giver. Jeff will be so missed by all of us as he gave so freely of his talents, skills and love. Rest In Peace, Jeff.
