Cheryl, Jay Jay, Pam and Sara. I doubt you remember me but I lived across the street from you on Birch Lane and was your babysitter while your Mom went to do private duty as an RN. She was one of the women who inspired me to become a nurse - a career I retired from 5 years ago. I grieve with you, Barbara, my dear friend, in your loss ->no matter the amount of preparation, it is a shock to the system.... To Barbara and the family and friends of Jay Brundage, It was both a privilege and a pleasure to have known Jay for decades, first as friendly competitors in area road races and later as patrons of the arts. As runners, we were of similar ability; sometimes Jay was "top dog," and sometimes, after expending every ounce of energy, I could claim that status.
