I am so saddened to hear of Jay's passing. I was a Courtroom Clerk for many years and saw Jay in action in the Courtroom many times. He was one of the most brilliant attorneys I have ever met. He also was one of the kindest, most respectful attorney to Court personnel. Such a kind kind person. I met Jay during my career at the courts. Jay came into the clerk's office to file legal papers; always pleasant and enjoyed sharing a story or two! May he rest in peace.

I knew Jay from practicing law and always found him to be kind and helpful. I was saddened to hear that he passed.
