Jay P. Collins, 58 of Harrisburg, passed suddenly on Thursday, October 24, 2013. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 1st at Mt Calvary COGIC, 1830 N. 5th Street, Harrisburg. Donations may be given to the family in lieu of flowers.
