Not sure what to say?

I just learned today that Jay had passed. Jay and Linda were our buds during pilot training at Columbus AFB, Jay tried his hardest to make me an acceptable golfer, our dog stole a steak from their grill. What a blessed time in our lives, and what a blessing to us to have had that time with them. Our prayers to Linda and to all the family. Jay, you made us smile. Well done, Sir, enjoy your well-earned rest

I loved working with Jay. He had the best attitude of anyone and outworked people half his age. He was a true gem and a gentleman. He will be dearly missed. This was our last FaceTime conversation. He was laughing at his bald head. Still a handsome devil! Rest In Peace Jay.

Unique person and a great family man example to follow. My condolences to the entire family.

Mary, my condolences to you and your family. Love from ANTIGUA

An American hero, son, brother, husband, father and grandfather has flown home to heaven. May the peace of the Lord be with the entire family. Fair winds my brother!

I am thankful to know Jay Comeaux. He is a kind man who tried to do what is right. He is quick to smile and willing to listen to people with concerns. He loves his family and showed faith in God. At this time I pray that his family will be comforted by God. May God's spirit comfort you in the days, weeks, years ahead that you and Jay will both be okay. May you know Jay watches from above and is aware of you and your feelings. Lets keep the hope alive that we'll all have a reunion one day...

So very sorry for your loss! My thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are so sorry for your loss. Keeping all of you in our prayers. ~ The Christopher’s

My condolences and prayers to the family. Jay was a wonderful supporter of local music in Baton Rouge and those of us from the Tony's Tavern extended family remember him very fondly.
