Not sure what to say?

Jay and I attended school together at St. Ann and at Palm Beach High. He was a really nice guy and a good friend. I still think of Jay and his friendship often. My condolences go out once again to his family.

Dear Judy, Jason & Kelley,

Unfortunately we had not seen Jay feeling well over past few years. But I will always choose remember Jay as strong and a genuinely vital man. Both Jay and Judy showed a lot of love for each other over the many years and it was always nice to see you together at our Setnicka FLA family gatherings. So this is truly a sad time for all our family members who got to know Jay well.

Jay was simply a great guy with a genuine big heart and smile who will be...

Judy,
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I you and Jay for the first time a few years ago when you met with me at the golf shop to talk about Aquarina community.. We played a lot of golf together and I will miss his competitive spirit and playful sense of humor on & off the golf course.

I feel honored to have known Jay and have him as my partner in the league at Aquarina. I know he will be up there looking down and smiling at us trying to play that...

Dear Judy, Kelly, Jason and family,
We are saddened for the loss of Coach Donnelly. Our family was, on both sides, fortunate to have fond memories. Mark's parents, Jane and Terry Lanaris were tennis and golf pals with the Donnelly/Collinsworth team. Mark played football under Coach. I babysat Kelly and Jason and Kelly was our mascot for Varsity Cheerleading. I'm sure it drove him crazy that Kelly became a USC Gamecock (my alma mater) instead of a gator! As a War Eagle swimmer I...

Judy, Jay was Mr. Astronaut High...everyone knew him and his green Cabriolet convertible....Don and Judy Phillips

Judy,
I was blessed to have known Jay. He was not only a gifted athlete, but, an inspiration and leader to the young men he coached. When our Wildcat golf group formed a few years ago, Jay was the same kind and wonderful guy I knew in high school. He never changed. I miss him and just know our thoughts of Jay are with you.

Dear Judy,
Jay will surely be missed. What a great coach, mentor, teacher, and above all, husband and father. Our hearts go out to you.

Jay's talent and leadership skills made him first string quarterback on our Palm Beach High School Football team in 1960, as I dropped to the second team offense. By our 20 year reunion, Jay had become quite good at tennis. When he showed up at the golf course in his tennis outfit with borrowed clubs and parred the first seven holes, I was shocked. Jay laughed and said, "I told you I was good at tennis. I never said I couldn't play golf. Since then, "beat Jay at golf" has been at the top...

Judy, Jay was a man other guys really admired. He was a head's up person! I am thankful I knew him - He was a good quarterback as well.
Along with many, I wish you the best as can be expected.
We will miss Jay!!
