My heartfelt condolences to Jay's family and friends. While I have not seen him since my time in Boy Scout Troop 44, I remember him as an important person in my life , both as a Scoutmaster and as a friend. I was lucky on both as he was a great teacher, as was his Dad, and a great friend. Truthfully at a certain point, he was more like an older brother. I worked with Jay at New England Telephone. I also rented his cottage at the lake. Jay was a great guy and a talented installer.
