My heartfelt condolences to Jay's family and friends. While I have not seen him since my time in Boy Scout Troop 44, I remember him as an important person in my life , both as a Scoutmaster and as a friend. I worked with Jay at New England Telephone. I also rented his cottage at the lake. Jay was a great guy and a talented installer.
