Our sympathy and condolences goes out to the family. We will always remember how much he loved hockey since he sat right behind us for many years. Kathy was my music teacher (not to mention my daughters)and remember how much he loved his family. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.

I go to school with Ainsley at Concordia College. She is a sweet person and I've heard nothing but wonderful things about her father Jay. My deepest sympathies for her and her family. God be with you all.

Condolences to the Jay Fiedler Family. The Fiedlers were my neighbors while I was growing up in Cavalier. Just recently a phone call came into my job site (NDSU) and Jay was on the other end asking for assistance. I was so glad to hear his voice after many years and we had wonderful conversation about years past. I will always treasure the talk we had a couple of weeks ago.

I worked for Jay several years ago, have been his client, and, I hope, a friend of his ever since. Paul's comment is right on the money; he loved North Dakota and loved to tell stories. He loved history and his audible books. I am so saddened by his death. To his family, friends, and co-workers: May God bless you during this difficult time. What a blessing he was in each of our lives.

I’ve not seen Jay since our high school graduation in 1970 and was sorry to hear of his death. I have fond memories of Jay, as a friend and as a classmate.
My condolences to his family & to his friends. Life has many twists & turns. Jay left his mark, professionally & personally. A life lived for others is a life lived well.

I met Jay at his office seeking legal advice at a very difficult time in my life. He not only provided excellent legal guidance but, also showed me how kind and caring, and compassionate person that he was. My sincere sympathy goes out to his family and children. He talked often about his children and was so very proud of them.
