i just learned of jay's passing. i came to know jay as a client of our firm. we continued to keep in touch after his personal matters ended, often sending jokes via email and sharing our likes & dislikes in music, and sharing my own music with him. he was always a joy to hear from and talk to. i was very blessed to know him. my thoughts, prayers and deepest condolences reach out to jay's family. thank you for sharing jay with all of us.

My deepest sympathy to your family. Jay has a special place in our family memories. He was a fun loving wonderful man. He liked to joke around with me and called me "twit". God bless you all at this sad time.
