Jay, I was really upset that I didn't get to see you today, but I asked Libby to tell you I wished I was there. I wish the last time I talked to you I wasn't mad. This past week it has been amazing to see how YOU have brought people together. Not just Germantown either, but everywhere. I will surely miss ya, jay!

i met jay a few years ago when he moved in across the hall from me on krieger street. Jay was a straight shooter...a good man. We became good friends in a short period of time. Shared many beers and even more stories.........good times with big Jay. Feels like yesterday I was watching him fight at Wiccs. Youll be mised my friend.

I didn't really know Jay and haven't seen him since I was a kid growing up in Germantown, but I understand the magnitude of this loss and feel the deepest sympathy for his family and closest friends. Tragic accidents are very difficult to understand. Rest easy, Jay, and say hello to Lonnie for me.
