Not sure what to say?

The words in his obituary truly reflect the Jay Romrell I came to know and love. He was ALWAYS honest in his dealings and he was a blessing in my life as an example of good. His influence for good truly effected many, many people and he is a blessing to all who know him. I will eternally be grateful for the blessing of knowing Jay Romrell- a true follower of Jesus Christ. My love and best to all of his family.

Always a pleasure to think of Jay Romrell, a good man, a friend, and a true follower of Christ. We need lots more like him throughout the world.

He is always remembered and it will be nice to see him again. He shines with the light.

He is always remembered and thought of frequently. His good influence and influence for good continues and is always cherished. His example and treatment of other people was always exemplary and what a delightful sense of humor. He was also very intelligent. His wisdom and intellect surpassed all those who were managers over him. Yet he also remained a very humble man. Truly, a very wonderful person and remarkable man. He went about doing good to all people.

With love and condolences at your loss. I did not know him but one of his children and in that I know he was a man that held the important things in life closest to his heart .

Jay was my boss about 40 yrs ago when I was a young teenager. Over the passing years I have very often reflected upon the blessing he has been in my life and I cherish his friendship and influence. Jay's sense of integrity and excellect work ethic always went hand in hand with the kindness he extended toward all people. Jay's life was always a testiment of his humility and his love of God. He also had a wonderful sense of humor. A great man to have as a friend and a teacher.

We all loved Jay at Alpine Elementary. I taught there for 9 years and for most of them, Jay was working there. I enjoyed so much just visiting with him and sharing a joke or two. He was a calm person yet very energizing to be around because he brought out the best in us all. My last memory of Jay was of him in the Temple all dressed in white conducting our endowment session and smiling. He was right where he belonged...encouraging all of us to do our best.
