Jay M. Rowland

I served our country for 38 years and in that time I was heavily influenced by a handful of great men. Jay Rowland is one of the most influential on that list, and I can say with certainty that his influence did not start or stop with me. I give praise and thanks to our good Lord for making honorable and humble men like Jay who inspire others to achieve more than they believed they could.
